Hàyî Ûkulî Higu̹ was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1178, by Brêmesm Cotman. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Hàyî Ûkulî Higu̹ was built using the conventions of Warrenese durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hàyî Ûkulî Higu̹ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.

Hàyî Ûkulî Higu̹ is buildings are arranged arround a single narrow cobblestone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the city a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The city resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Astonishigly, the robustly designed timber walls are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

A look around Hàyî Ûkulî Higu̹ gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Cultural Notes

Hàyî Ûkulî Higu̹'s chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Hàyî Ûkulî Higu̹ was attacked by a slaver gang capable of fielding large forces. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Hàyî Ûkulî Higu̹ lost 177 people, 209 livestock, and 66 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 36, when members of Hàyî Ûkulî Higu̹'s militia enacted an operation to secure a particular fortification to utilize it for a specific task. The operation was complicated by enemy spies who revealed the militia's plan. The conflict ended with needing to break through the enemy's lines, which ended in defeat for Hàyî Ûkulî Higu̹'s forces. The war is remembered in legend by Hàyî Ûkulî Higu̹'s bards, historians, and legend keepers.
